  • 2 Sea Bass Fillets
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Shallot 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Egg Plant
  • Black Olives
  • Veggie Stock
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Fresh Oregano 
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Chili Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
