There is nothing better than a Raspberry Crumb Cake, well maybe an Apple Crumble Cake but you get the point. This recipe comes with a disclaimer, if your family is like mine, then this cake will not last very long as it is very delicious. During the holidays and even on a occasional Sunday I can remember grandma making this cake in the kitchen. The smell is amazing. I hope this recipe brings great memories to you as it did for me when I was a kid, and even in adulthood. If you love Raspberry flavor then you will enjoy this Raspberry Jam cake recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, add soften cream cheese, butter, & sugar with an electric mixer or by hand. Mix in egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth. If using an electric mixer turn the mixer on slow and then mix in flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
    3. Make sure to grease your baking dish then slowly spread the batter into the dish.
    4. Add drops of Raspberry jam on top and then swirl through batter with a wooden spoon. (*you can use any spoon, but baking with a wooden spoon seems more pure)
    5. Next see directions for Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
