Veggie Cuban Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Cuban bread -ciabatta rolls we suggest
- Spicy mustard
- 1 Tomato
- Claussen dill pickle slices
- Swiss cheese one or 2 slices
- 3-4 slices of vegan Ham
- Unsalted butter
Directions:
Add Tomato slices, spicy mustard, dill pickles, cheese, ham slices, on your preferred Cuban bread. Add butter to the skillet then warm to medium heat. Once the butter has melted add the sandwich the the skillet and toast the bread on each-side for 2 minutes or to your liking. Total cook time should take 5-6 minutes.
